Earlier last month, Cainiao Network and Fengchao Technology successively closed data interfaces, which caused widespread concern in the society. After the incident, the State Post Office attached great importance to promptly issuing consumption reminders to the society, and quickly convened high-level parties to communicate with each other. They emphasized that they should focus on the overall situation of the political party, seek the largest number of conventions to solve the problem, and effectively safeguard market order and consumers' legitimate rights . Under the coordination of government departments, the two sides temporarily put aside their disputes and resumed business cooperation to a normal level at noon on June 3.
